Being able to track the entire pipeline end to end. We used HubSpot before and we couldn't see what happened before the lead filled out a form or before we went outbound. HockeyStack showed the hidden touchpoints before the person ever became a lead.

Everything was really smooth. Filled out a form, chose a time from the calendar link, did a 30-minute meeting where I got all information, got onboarded and set up everything in the last 2 minutes of the call, dashboards were made for me, decided to upgrade mid-trial. I have never worked in a company where attribution & analytics was not a problem. It was most certainly a surprise when it just "clicked" and we could finally see the entire pipeline with all details & sources right in front of us.
