Hive have been great to use for surveying our team over the past few months - they're brilliant to work with, the platform is easy to use and their customer service is fantastic. We engaged them for their survey functionality and people science support, but the surprise stand out for us has been the suggestions/open door feature. It's been brilliant and opening two-way conversation that stays confidential for the staff member, and allows us to be really responsive to issues or suggestions that come through.

Hive is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The platform is evolving all the time and great & friendly support is available if need be.

It's not just an intuitive platform which encourages dialogue with employees, it's got great people working there who are unstinting in their knowledge and enthusiasm.
