The most helpful thing was the team. Liz helped me prepare for the interview insanely well, so I knew what to do going into it. Most of my communication was with Marlee, though. It was seemless from the get go. She replied to emails after hours insanely quickly, and was very good at explaining the role, and why she thought I would be a good fit. Throughout the entire process, she was so quick at responding to questions, and never once made me feel pressured. It was very important that I thought it would be a good fit as well, and I really appreciated that. Overall, I just really noticed how great of a work ethic she has, and even now after starting my new role, she helps out whenever I have questions or need guidance on something. Really impressed with Marlee, and she has really made my Hirewell experience awesome during a difficult transition.
I spoke specifically to a Hr professional (Samantha Sheehan) that acted as a liaison between me and the organization. Sam worked for me and not against me and was both fair and non partial to either me and/or the employer.
