I really enjoyed working with HireSweet. The tool is great: - to organize your recruitment tasks in a very structured, clean and nice way. There is also an option to set up a reminder for the specific sequences which you would like to perform so that nothing will get lost; - an option to track your data and not only to see your response rate but also to track positive, negative, and neutral responses from your candidates; - diversity tab which helps you to change your sourcing strategy if needed and to bring more diversity into your sourcing. Really very great idea! A huge compliment from my side; - a great overview of what was done once you need to present this information to your hiring manager because you have everything in one place.
