this site has saved me so many hours

|Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing
Have you ever read a perfect CV only to discover that the candidate really has no idea what they've written? The Hireflix is for you, I've started vetting all job candidates through this interview process and it has saved my hours of wasted time. Better still, I hate being trapped in the interview. You know when you realise after 10 minutes the candidate is no good, but you need to give them at least 45 minutes because you don't want to seem rude.
