This tool has helped us a lot at Cyberclick to optimize, streamline, and improve our selection processes. We use Hireflix for the initial stages of candidate knowledge interviews, and it allows us to get to know them better. Additionally, they have the opportunity to prepare their responses in advance. This way, candidates are more at ease and show us the best version of themselves. Furthermore, we can customize a different interview for each process, rate each candidate, accept or reject them, and leave internal notes for the entire team. I highly recommend the tool on a professional level!
