We decided to try this tool for students applying for our inaugural Fellowship program. The system allowed us to not only capture video interview responses it was also super easy to integrate with another applicant tracking system where we are storing other interview components. Some of them have hurt our candidate experience greatly when their interviews cannot be uploaded to the server, but things appear to work great most of the time on Hireflix. Internally, we've been able to replay the videos or even download the videos if we like. 4) Awesome Price Point: You honestly can't find another product that is as good as Hireflix for the amount of features you get. It's priced reasonably, with ZERO cap on users, job positions, candidates & this gives me plenty of assurance as a SME, knowing that my costs are capped as we scale.
