Hireflix have a fantastic customer service and are quick to respond to any queries. The platform is easy to use, but you are also able to access easy-to-follow video instructions to walk you through the platform.

The simplicity, design and functionality are awesome

We have tried and tested so many one-way video interview platforms over the last four years, but none of them did exactly what we needed...until we discovered Hireflix! When I first signed up for the free trial, I was amazed at how simple it was to use the software. Uploading your branding takes seconds, creating an interview takes a couple of minutes and you can duplicate them, edit them and change the settings so easily. We love that you can use a combination of video or text questions and that you can invite and send reminders to candidates via email or WhatsApp. Setting up additional users is simple and it's great that we can share interviews with our clients without them needing a separate login. The tag feature keeps our dashboard organised and the global search function enables us to find anything within seconds. Initially, due to the simplicity of the software, I was concerned that the candidate experience may be compromised, but I was very wrong! The interview works perfectly, regardless of which operating system or browser our candidates prefer to use and we have never experienced challenges with the upload, which has been a problem in the past. The pricing model is also fantastic! Hireflix can accommodate you, whether you're a start-up, small business or massive corporation. Being charged according to the number of employees you have, as opposed to the number of interviews or candidates is really unique and suits us perfectly. Lastly, I have to mention that the customer service we have received has been outstanding. Antonio and his team have gone above and beyond to help in a timely and professional manner and I cannot thank them enough.
