Since implementing the HIreflix one way video interviewing, we have drastically reduced the time team members need to spend on carrying out initial screening interviews. It is quick and simple to use and candidates and our team members all found it very useful!

We used Hireflix to collect video interviews as part of a social impact evaluation work at the University of Pisa. The platform is very simple to use both for the interviewer and the interviewees. We appreciated the fact that you can easily monitor the status of responses and it was very useful for our research the possibility of including a video presentation where we could explain the structure of the questions. In addition, the platform allows the interviewees to simultaneously watch the video and the text of the questions so that they can answer without leaving out important information. Another very positive aspect to mention is the availability of the platform operators: whenever we had any doubts we were able to contact them to receive support very quickly.

User friendly, ease of use, I love the video functionality which allows you to personalise a video message to welcome candidates and ask the questions in a video format. Really gives a personal touch for the candidates!
