What I like best about Hireflix is how easy it is to customize the process. For a real, actual example--I needed to truly know how well a potential hire knew the ins and outs of their specialty. I was able to adjust the settings to allow for 0 seconds of thinking time and no re-do's. While this may not be necessary for some, it was critical for me, as it allowed me to get an understanding of how innate & natural the interviewee's knowledge was.

We loved how easy it was to set up the questions, and found that by adding video questions for our potential candidates, and then have them respond by video was a fantastic way for us to select who we were interested in connecting with.
