There were many features to make the process easier. We were able to send reminder emails and whatsapp messages through the platform for people to submit their interview, we could also see if people had opened the reminder email or not so we knew who we had to resend notifcations to. We could create public links to be sent out if we were advertising on public channels, we were able to make notes and give ratings to each interview given. If one member of staff gave a review, it would hide it from the others to avoid bias. These are just some of the features which helped us with the process. The overall platform itself is also great!

I have loved the way the tool has worked for us in different areas and multiple positions, from engineers, operational staff, administrative staff. The interviews work perfectly in all cases and have benefited us in the recruitment process.

How easy it is to make the recording and share it with all the candidates. In addition, it saves recruiters time in conducting initial interviews. With this tool, we can make an equally valid first assessment of the different candidates, without having to schedule lots of interviews.
