What I like the most of Hireflix is how easy it is to set up and use, both from a hiring manager and candidate's perspective. The UI & UX is simple and effective, so you can focus on what's important. It's made our selection processes so much faster and effective. With limited resources, we can now manage multiple processes at the same time. No time wasted. My favorite feature would be the automatic transcriptions, which let you review candidates at a really fast pace.

It has saved us so much time - Dozens of hours each week. We don't have to spend time prepping, preparing questions, and undertaking each interview. We can quickly review them on our team with less biased results.

Hireflix is very easy to set up and even easier to get a great understanding of the candidate pipeline. The platform allows video and text questions which really makes the process quick.
