It is extremely clean UIX and I can set up the interview for a position in 10 minutes, and immediately send it out along with automatic reminders if the candidate has not filled it in.

We most recently used Hireflix to hire an entry-level support associate. It was the 2nd stage in our interview process, and it was so easy to invite candidates to the platform. My favorite aspect of Hireflix is how it enabled me to gather rich, nuanced information at candidates with little effort. I could make my first real "cut" of candidates with much less bias (ie, a quick scan of a resume or LinkedIn).
