Hireflix is excellent for our business as it puts the candidates in a position that is out of their comfort zone allowing us to see how they deal with challenging situations and still be able to ask the key questions in a way that is specific to our business giving great insight.

This system allows us to quickly interview candidates which assists us in finding the best person for the job in an efficient and timely manner.

The most helpful thing for our organization, after we started using Hireflix, was how it saves our small team's resources and helps select candidates that best match our profile. Especially when power outages were throughout Ukraine this winter, it helped both candidates and us to not feel threatened by the tight deadline and record/check answers whenever we had access to the internet.
