Hireflix is very user friendly. The process for creating video interviews and reviewing them is intuitive and easy to navigate. Other one-way video interview platforms have an over convoluted system that can become messy or difficult to navigate. Hireflix is simple and allows you to work efficiently and quickly. It is also very easy to manage candidates and review them within the system. I work for a hiring firm and have MANY candidtes recording Hireflix videos each month. We recieve very few emails from candiates who have trouble using the platform and haven't gotten negative feedback (unlike when we used other platforms previously). Overall, it's a great process.
