HireFlix has really helped to streamline our processes thanks to the very easy interface and its integration with our CRM. It also offers a high quality product that both candidates and clients are using very comfortably and has increased the quality of our service to our clients. They also take pride in their product and are constantly trying to improve it, it has been a year since we started using it and we have received plenty of updates and improvements. During the implementation, a member of HireFlix took a number of calls with us to ensure a seamless integration and it worked! Another important aspect for us was the customer support that is hard to receive these days. There's only been one instance when we had a bit of a glitch but the team at Hireflix were there to resolve it very quickly. Note that I use their software everyday.

Using Hireflix freed up valuable time for our recruiting team and ensured we still received a deep enough understanding of candidates to make an informed decision. The most important advantage for me is the fact that candidates don't need to download an app or go through registration process. My candidates never had any issues creating the recording, because platform is very easy to use and intuitive.
