I compared at least a dozen different programs and they all want to sell you something extremely comprehensive at a high price point. Hireflix makes it easy by offering 1-way interviewing without having to pay for all the extra stuff. Also, their customer service is top tier! They've actually reached out to me proactively asking how I'm liking the program and asking for my feedback. And not in some automated way either. Their CEO emailed me directly! There's no point in considering anyone else. Hireflix is the one way to go for one-way interviewing.

The most important feature for me is the ability to access video clips and review them at any time of day.
