When you look at similar tools in the space, at similar price points, one of the key features that stands HighLevel apart is unified inbox, and particularly the use of two-way SMS. Similar platforms in the space allow for only one-way SMS, or do not touch the functionality at all. The customer support, while backed up at times, is truly great for a company growing as fast as theirs. Just the other day I was able to jump on a zoom call with a support rep and get my question answered. I use HighLevel daily and have shifted to building exclusively in this platform for our clients.

Everything a small business needs from a website to texting to making appointments to collecting monday to gathering company reviews. All in a single software package. As an agency owner, convincing my clients to use GHL is very easy. They save money on several subscriptions. And they can spend more time working ON their business not IN (the tech) of their business. Note: I've been at this game since 1998.
