I love the always connected cluster and fast code execution in HEX, unlike databricks where I always have to connect the notebooks to cluster to run any code. I have interacted with customer support once and they were really helpful and easily available to help through Slack. I find coding and implementing a solution in both SQL and Python easy on HEX without much hassles.
