Management interface is simple and intuitive. Couldn't find any bug so it looks pretty stable.

I like being able to test uptime from multiple geographic locations. Having the white-labeled status pages is also a nice feature and allows customers to see how reliable our services are.

There are other similar services but Hetrix is far more straight forward and focuses on what's important without trying to fluff it up with so called bells and wistles that really don't mean anything.
