Heidi has incredible "ambient listening" that can take an entire examination and summarize it into any template you create (or pre-made templates) with the level of specificity you select, just by listening to the patient encounter. It is able to also act as a scribe that you can dictate your jumbled thoughts and it will organize it into a beautiful flowing medical note for you. You can then take that transcription or dictation and adjust format from clinic note to referral letter, to other types of documentation. You can also create your own template if the template for your profession doesn't suit you. It also does a great job with abbreviations based on your specialty.
