In my experience with Haystack, working with the customer success teams and everyone i've met in the business has been very helpful and friendly. They take time to understand what your company is needing from the platform and listen to your feedback to help shape the product. From a Recruitment perspective, we have hired some strong Techies and had a number of good interviews from the platform. It is a very easy to use platform, and the onboarding/implementation was quick and effective.

Haystack make it easier to find relevant candidates for my live vacancies. Some of the candidates on Haystack can't be found using other traditional sourcing tools.

It's community driven, you don't get "click bait" applications or jobs, just genuine companies hiring and people really interested in the role/company - cuts out a lot of the noise you find on job platforms.
