We use Halight to deliver training across 200+ stores, and features like mobile access, simple content delivery, and completion tracking make it easy for team members to engage without being tied to a desktop. The platform has improved our workflow by allowing us to quickly launch and update training, track completions at scale, and keep content relevant without heavy admin overhead. The team also understands L&D well and is responsive, which means feedback turns into practical improvements rather than sitting in a backlog. An unexpected benefit has been how easily we can drive engagement beyond just mandatory training, using things like campaigns and updates to keep training visible and part of the day-to-day in stores.
