The mobile app is great, the user-friendliness is extremely valuable and the "gamification" aspect of the ting (the employee leaderboard...) is really well done for getting people engaged and see it as a funny thing to do.
I also value a lot the customer support and the ability we had to conjointly run a training webinar to all of our users.
