I have grown to love it
I have been working with GuideCX and fully using it for about 7 months now and I have grown to love it. It makes my job as an onboarding customer success manager much easier and takes a lot of small tasks off of my plate by streamlining my processes.

Guide CX vs other management platforms
I have had the opportunity to work with multiple project management software in this, by far, is the easiest for myself and ESPECIALLY for my clients. The ease of them not having to actually go into the project to see what needs to be done is a game changer. And that it sends them reminders when things are due?! Talk about geting much needed time back on my calendar to get other projects done.

Great product and great company to work with
GuideCX has a great user interface that makes it easy to set up project templates and then visually track the progress of project related tasks. We can then easily syncronize these projects with Salesforce to include in Salesforce-generated reports. The GuideCX team (Sales, Support, and Customer Success) have always been extremely responsive and helpful as well.
