Emilia and Shannon were very flexible & worked with us to create a custom series of trainings that aligned with the skills we wanted to improve. They also were very willing to accommodate some of our unique logistical challenges: we have team members located across multiple countries at time zones so finding a time that works for everyone can be tricky. They were willing to run each session twice and also had great suggestions for how we could use the time set aside for coaching. Shannon is an excellent trainer and the sessions were very interactive. She also helped the team to be vulnerable and get outside of their comfort zones, and there was great engagement in each session.
