I'm not sure if I'm able to pick between two: Allowing my LPs to subscribe and ACH fund my deals all from the investor portal, or the ability to send distributions electronically in minutes. Overall, the ease of use is very key, it allows my investors and my team to intuitively work with the platform.

I've used several very expensive syndication software in the past, none of which I feel give me and my LP investors the user experience I desired, nor the personal business relationship I'd been looking for. I love that the Groundbreaker team is consistently in communication with me and asking what they can do to improve. It was so helpful to know that I can work & grow with Groundbreaker. One refreshing experience has been their commitment to being a people-oriented company. That shows through in how they carry themselves. Some examples; You can just watch refreshingly transparent video demos their website on-demand without having to book a demo or be put through "qualification" calls. They actually ask you if you even want them to follow up or not when you access the demo. They make their product accessible from a cost perspective for new syndicators to larger and experienced firms. In summary, these guys and girls are pretty cool to deal with.
