Tikkit is very easy to use when you have a multi-office or facility organization. It is fairly easy to search and find new work orders for other offices other than the one I am mainly located at. These orders have the ability to be sent directly to specific staff members or throughout the program to an entire facility. I haven't had to use the help center yet myself, but it has been utilized by several new staff members, and it appears that they have a 24-hour service center, as our offices operate at different time frames, in the event that one of the staff members get stuck on a certain order request or even how to request an order, which is often, there is customer support readily present in a chat system. But along with this, learning how to use the system itself, creating orders, sending orders, and notifying clinics regarding orders is fairly easy. The ease of use is probably the number one pro of the Tikkit system due to the turnover of new employees that our company has and the inability to extend the training processes.
