The tenant help center has made managing tenant requests so much easier. I can track the progress of inquiries and issues submitted and respond through text/email. It's a huge plus to have ongoing notes about recurring issues. Being able to add photos and attachments is a bonus.

The seamless user interface and ease of which I can send out requests and get prompt feedback from those who can assist. It is easy to use for someone who is not so adapt to technology as well.
