System is very user friendly. After initial training and learning, a maneuvering between screens and information is easy. Also, most information is attainable by more than one path. Information related to processed payroll is easily reviewed by date, or time frame, or employee. With that search all information is viewable as opposed to searching multiple areas for information. Initial training on the system was great! One on one service was incomparable to any training I have had previously.

Greenshades products and Dynamics GP data sync perfectly, without any manual intervention. Our Greenshades products have significantly reduced process time for a number of tasks. Our favorite product is the GreenEmployee pay portal. We were sending paper pay stubs to all our employees prior to launching the GreenEmployee portal. Our HR department was also spending time reprinting pay statements for employees. The GreenEmployee portal allows our employees to have self service access to their pay stubs and tax forms, while reducing the labor and materials costs associated with distributing paper pay stubs. Greenshades customer service is among the best in the GP community. One of the most amazing things is that support is included, and there are no additional charges for troubleshooting issues or providing training on their products.
