I find the Greenhouse ATS to be quite intuitive and easy to use. It really helps streamline the process of organizing the selection process.

I like that we have a direct line of communication with the support team and that I can ask them things on the fly, and they always respond very quickly. The communication line is especially helpful because the ETL is pretty complicated, with a lot of tables and different keys and relationships. It helps me figure out what all the different tables mean and where I can find certain information.
