ArchitectSolid BIM software
All of the templating and standards that I have built into ArchiCAD have made everything from initial schematic designs to full permit sets much easier to produce, while also adhering to my office standards.

I would have said 10 a couple of months ago, but we have been having challenges with a large model.
It is excellent at concept and Design Development. It is getting better at Construction documentation. One challenge is that in North America, engineers only use Revit. But gradually interoperability is getting better.
