I like that Gradelink is easy to reach on the phone. Mike Dumhart has always been very helpful to our school. They also have on line tutorials that help with how to do something.

Gradelink is very easy to use! It provides everything from calendar, lesson plans, list of missing assignments, highest GPA, to finances! The technical support have been very helpful. There is a sense of urgency when you call/email for help. My questions have been answered on the same day!

Customer Service is wonderful! Most recently have worked with Mitch, but ALL the tech folks are awesome! I didn't grow up with computers, so they can be a challenge for me. The staff is most patient and helpful with all of my questions. As far as a business is concerned, the staff either can make it or breaks it. I would give them a 10!
