Gradelink is a great platform for school administration. Many helpful reports and capabilities to make life easier. Their customer service is fantastic - simply shoot them an email and get a quick response to help fix a problem or generate a feature request. Student access via an app is a helpful tool.

Mr. Axel Maldini was very friendly and helpful to answer all of my questions and solve the issue I was experiencing. He always got back to me in a timely manner, which was much appreciated, as our school was preparing for a big launch.

The help group is wonderful. They are patient, responsive and knowledgeable. You can get help no matter how big or small the issue is and they tell you how long it will take them to resolve.
