The representatives that I talk with (Tom, Mitch, Axel) are always helpful, patient, and easy to work with. They are problem solvers who go above and beyond!

Very easy to get setup and start using.The user interface is easy to learn and convince faculty to actually use. They loved the grade sheet that looked just like their paper grade book. I also love the customer service: everyone I have contacted (via email or phone) is unfailingly pleasant and either has the answer or get back to me in a day or so. And Wisconsin users: it does WISEdata!!

I like the attendance features, the calendar, behavior comment section, ease of use, and the app. Also, the birthdays of all of my students is a nice feature, especially since I see all 450 of them.
