I like that Gradelink is easy to use. The customer service is also very helpful--I should know, I've called them numerous times! Gradelink has been a great way to track our students' grades, though that's about the extent of what we use it for. I really like all of the features that are available. For instance, you can print progress reports and attendance reports, as well as missing assignment reports. I also worked with the customer service representative to create our own report cards according to what our school wanted, and the rep was very helpful. The report cards turned out great!
