Fluid communications across all channels

Integrates easily with Shopify, email, chat, phone, and all of our social media. Setting up rules and macros makes answering common questions quick and easy to allow more time to handle difficult customers

Very pleased with Gorgias - Fantastic training modules available!

Your trainings were amazing! I loved the visual, audio and example and click-through options. I love the Shopify integration. Overall the setup isn't my favorite, but that might be how our team has things organized. Maybe example templates for organization and which folders to have and make would be helpful? The person who set ours up made it chaos and now they won't let us change it. I think some direction in the beginning for them would have been helpful.
