It has a very useful reporting function which gives us all the insights we need to understand clearly how our proofing process and activities is progressing. Its reliable storage and backup facilities allows us to have a backup to our content and makes it easy to retrieve content whether the previous versions, the original version of the latest version. GoProof has disturbed the way I work. The interface is less user friendly making it difficult to review and collaborate on documents. The real time monitoring of changes and lack of the ability to leave comments are hectic features.
