I love the fact that we can use pretty much any device to add, search and create asset tags for any of our assets.

The web panel. The only problem we used to have it was when trying to modify multiple assets at a time (we used a workaround with the app and website together). With more recent updates though that has changed and now it is hard to find anything to complain about in our use case. The added personalization with fields and filters fits all our needs. There is only occasional use for the app in my organization but there haven't been any problems using it.

User friendly and it seems to have a variety of features that I have not tried yet.
