The interface is extremely friendly, which allows the participants a whole interaction.

The ease of use, simple dashboard, clear video and sound quality, low bandwidth usage, incredible seating and virtual conference rooms, and easy to get in touch and provide feedback. Inexpensive for the quality of the conferencing and capacity. Great for virtual groups, libraries, classes, and schools.

The simplicity is pretty high on the list, but I really like the quirky uniqueness of the meeting room layouts.
