Their user interface is very good; simple to use. We are able to see what is happening across all our departments through the dashboards. It is very helpful for audits, materials inflow and consumption, quality checks, etc. We were using pen and paper - based process, but now with Pazo we have moved everything to digital, like filling checklists on time, and getting weekly and monthly data to track the progress and performance.
