It is very intuitve and has a nice structure to it. The navigation is made super simple with a well-constructed proces-hierarcy. Regarding the proces-hierarcy, Gluu offers a lot of different options when it comes to cutmomization of view. This ensures, that your end-users/everyday-users can easily navigate to the processes and work instrution, that are of relavance to them. When used every day, you quickly understand the value of documenting your processes.
