Customer support is what it should be: Quick & Knowledgeable reps who are willing to go beyond the call of duty. I've never felt stranded and without any support. If I request a particular representative, my message is always routed to that individual as long as they are on duty or expected to be on -duty. Minimal waiting time and they are so great at explaining. Great teamwork!
