The ExpensePoint (EP) setup and support team are fantastic to work with. They are always available to help and provide support where needed. The implementation was pretty smooth, and the team was knowledgable. It took a bit of time to get up and running, but once the kinks were worked out it works almost flawlessly. The flexible pricing options are a huge positive for our company. The platform is fairly intuitive, and the training provided by EP helped get our team up and running fast, learning the new system. I like that there is an app and a receipt reader. It can process automatic payments to our employees as well. Our team uses it daily to submit expense claims and approve expenses.
