I really like how we can do most everything that I can do in Excel, but have it automated to avoid having to run into occasional formula or pivot table errors when updating data in dashboards there. The Looker dashboard build is very functional, flexible, and relatively user friendly that provides me with the real time insights I need to be able to pivot my business quickly. Also having Mitch help me to build what I need in the Looker dashboard is incredbily valuable. He is quick to respond and very patient with the asks that I have (as I have had a lot!). He is a great asset for Glew!

We've worked very closely with Glew for almost a year now, and that relationship has made a world of difference in the way that data is visualized within our organization. Being able to bring together data from multiple sources and easily see how it is related has been invaluable. We do not have internal programming team, so having Glew do all of the ETL work and initial platform integration is just what we needed. We also love that we now have the ability to deliver scheduled, daily dashboards to our teams in the field --> feeding them useful insights about their stores, in an easy to digest manner, instead of having them take time away from their day, looking for information, instead of interacting with customers. We meet sometimes weekly with our rep to dig into issues we may be having, brainstorm new solutions to real-time data asks from stakeholders, or just to review our existing reports to make sure we have everything structured in the most efficient manner.

This all-in-one solution is very easy to use and has a lot of integration. The implementation process is very straightforward as well. I use it every day. And the customer support is very helpful and effective in answering any of my questions.
