I love the integration with Donor Perfect. It makes tracking gifts for specific events and campaigns easy and efficent for both the fundraising and database adminsitration team. It was easy to implement givecloud as we replaced our previous software. I have had a wonderful experience with the custom support team. They are prompt and helpful every time I need support.

Customer Service has been solid and pretty quick responses I use almost daily on backend Added features have been both great for front end users and backend. Integration was was fairly simple and we have seen measurable benefit in the short time of using. Being able to embed and use multiple processors to get our donor and us the best % in covering costs dependin on type of payment was a huge win.
