Easy & Reliable Remote Access Support Tool

I have been using GetScreen for more than 2 years and love how easy and reliable it is, especially as my customers are not necessarily technically savvy. It is fully featured with a great dashboard that has allowed me to deliver great customer support to my customers.

Tricked in ending current subscription

Tricked in ending current cheaper subscription and then not providing the option to go back, instead forcing significant increase in price. Ended subscription the same day after being a paying customer.
