Our currently CRM and phone system did not originally integrate with their system and created an integration for me even during my trial period. When I send a note to them, I get near instant responses. Our team enjoys seeing their calls in the system and reviewing the helpful analytics. They have scorecards and topic trackers you can create for the AI to identify specific key words to indicate critical call points were achieved and all can be customized. Overall, given the price point, their responsiveness and willingness to adapt and be flexible, along with offering an excellent at value costs, this has been worth it for our growing SDR and AE teams.
