Video tutorials are easy to understand, if that doesn't work for you, they are always open to live training sessions. The Rafiki team's ability to show their customers individualized attention is amazing, they are professional as well as personalized, when it is required. Last, but not least the Rafiki Tool Platform is easy to navigate, provides cross-functional uses, and consistently provides new and useful features.
