I've been with Gagle ever since I started my career here at Tri-Valley. Not only their responses are quick but will actually call if it's a bigger issue.

Gaggle makes keeping track of student google docs, email communcation, and other activity in a safe, non-invading way possible Gaggle sends me an email alert when there's a flagged situation, the labels used to describe student situations help me to know whether or not the siutation is urgent, or can be given more time to review.

It helps me identify mental health and safety concerns. This allows me to be more effective in my role.
